One side of the pool has a romantic Cabana overlooking the waterfall and on the other side has a cozy round daybed at the center of the pool in a perfect spot to have a few drinks, relax, and you can even keep an eye on the kids all in the same spot. There’s more… The oversized SPA with relaxing massage jets accommodates 12 guest comfortable. To the right of that you will find the outdoor gas fire pit underneath the beautiful backyard lights. There is also a huge turf area perfect for families, kids, entertaining, ladder toss, corn hole, or whatever your heart desires. Now let’s move to the inside space. Highlights of the inside, it has 2 master suites : one downstairs and one upstairs along with 3 more bedrooms. The loft is set up as a bar lounge and it is equipped with a sofa sleeper, mini fridge, cocktail cart, bar stools, & bar couch with 82 inch QLED Samsung Smart TV. All 5 TV’s are logged in to Netflix & Disney+. This home also has two laptop remote desk setup in two different rooms. Allows privacy and convenience of working from home. The Loft also know as the Bar Lounge gives you direct access to a private balcony with amazing dual mountain views. The balcony also
has the 2nd outdoor (propane) fire pit that is great for catching up and unwinding with your favorite cocktail. You can’t beat the beautiful views, gorgeous sunset, and the relaxing breeze all on this amazing balcony!
